Where is my order?
Order processing time will take maximum of 2 working days.
Shipment time will take another 6 working days for USA, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Japan and Europe.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for you item(s) to arrive. If it takes longer, make sure to contact us with your order number.
My item arrived damaged, what do I do?
We are very sorry about that. Please get in touch with us immediately, using our contact us form or our chat service.
Can I cancel my order?
We do aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible but if we catch it in time we will be able to cancel it for you.
Let us know through our contact us form or our chat service.
If we are able to cancel your order, we will issue you with a refund, which will take 5 days to arrive.
If the order has already been dispatched then we will ask you to return it to us before we can issue a replacement or a refund.
If you have ordered any personalized products, we can only provide a partial refund.
Can I change the address on my order?
We usually take up to 24 hours when we initially process the order.
Please get in touch with us within 24 hours via our contact us form or our chat service.
Include the phrase "CHANGE SHIPPING ADDRESS" in the subject line and your order number in the message.
If our customer service team get to your email before your order is dispatched, your address will be updated for you.
If the order has already been dispatched, we will have to wait for it to be returned from the incorrect address before we can issue a replacement or a refund.
How can I return my item?
If the item is unwanted we will only be able to accept a return if it is unopened and still sealed. If you wish to return your item for other reasons such as, the item arrived damaged or faulty please explain the fault and attach pictures as proof by using the Contact Us form. We will be able to take the necessary steps to get your item back to us.

The item I want isn't in stock, what can I do?
If the item you are looking for is not in stock then please contact us or chat to us, to let us know which product you would like. You will be notified by email when we have more stock in.
How do I Request an Item?
You can request something you'd like to see on the site by contacting us via
contact us form or online chat.
When will I receive my pre-order?
Pre-orders are dispatched as soon as we receive the stock on its stated release date. We will work hard to make sure you get your item as soon as possible.
When will payment for my pre-order be taken from my account?
Payments for pre-orders are taken at the time of purchase.
Why does my item have additional days added for dispatch?
Some of our items are stored at a different warehouse and may take slightly longer than usual to dispatch.
