DIY Beeswax Lotion Bar

Necessary Equipment and Items list

• Microwave safe container

Ingredients list

• 4 Tablespoons of organic beeswax pellets
• 7 Tablespoons of olive oil
• 7 Tablespoons of shea butter or cocoa butter
• 2 Drops of honey fragrance oil

Instructions

1. Combine olive oil and organic beeswax into a pot or microwave safe container.
2. Melt the contents in a pot or you can microwave the contents in the container in 30-second bursts until completely melted.
3. If you have used a microwave, remove the container carefully from it as it’ll be very hot.
4. Add in 7 tablespoons of shea butter or cocoa butter, then stir.
5. Add 4 drops of honey fragrance oil. Stir.
6. Carefully pour the mixture into each silicone mold.
7. Allow the mixture to cool and harden overnight.
8. Once hard, store in a cool, dry place to prevent melting.
